I have been happy with all the work that EH&C has done for me over the years. This service call is yet another example of their professionalism and desire to do well by their customers. The Tech called fifteen minutes before arrival, introduced himself, cleaned his feet before entering and did what he had to do to evaluate my system. The good news is that all was good. Unlike car dealer service departments that have to find three things wrong each time you visit them, I was very happy that there was nothing wrong. You can deal with EH&C without fear.

No heat assessment on a 22 year-old York furnace
Annual Heating maintenance. Adjusted humidifier and thermostat to accommodate customers comfort for the second floor
Replacing a thermostat under warranty. During the call, found out the dampers for the zone control are swapped, have to correct in zone board
Conducted HVAC maintenance, focusing on both heating and cooling systems. Inspected the evaporator coil and condenser unit, cleaned the blower fan, and checked the refrigerant levels. Also tested the heat exchanger for cracks and ensured the thermostat was accurately controlling temperature settings. Both systems are now optimized for efficient performance year-round.
